This character has no name from me. That's not a problem anyway.
Dropping her file at the end of the post.
I only put the green hair after saving the file to try something new. When started up she will have black hair.
As with all the characters I try to go for a semi realistic look.
BnS characters are placed into the BnS folder as .jpg files. Just download these two images (I'll provide .thm as well for good measure) and paste it into your BnS Character Customize folder which should be in "My Pictures". Then when making a character, you can select this girl as a pre-made character.
Please download both files.
As you may see, they were made in Japanese Blade and Soul, but that shouldn't be a problem
