Blade and Soul Character: Rong Hana

Hello!
I made a few characters while playing the much anticipated Blade and Soul. I honestly thought BnS would never come to the west but thankfully, I was proven wrong. Good. So now I can share with you another 'Rong' (bad pun). This is a character I made while playing. She is my favorite character but since I don't play anymore, I will provide the template for her.
I go on this creative express where I create characters and give them backgrounds. Hana is no exception. Rong Hana is an aspiring Kun (Yun) sowrdsman (or woman) determined to become the greatest Blade Master in the world. Well some generic thing like that. It's been a long while since I've played the game so I'm can't remember properly.

This is Hana. Really pretty, right? Hana means flower (at least in Japanese). Tried to make some interesting names. Mostly tried for Korean type name. But her name Hana is always flower-like to me. I think she looks a lot like Nattsun from AKB48 (Kojima Natsuki). I really like this character.
Playing Bns, I had a lot of technical difficulties, and I became determined to play a Blade Master. It's really hard, especially with the server lag I experienced. I was pretty horrible, but the runs for that dreaded Red Mask made me MUCH MUCH better. (I did get it btw)

Be careful however, Hana is... VERY tall. I had this obsession from BnS for tall girls or something. My first character is actually a Gon female, although I did make a male assassin on Chinese servers some years before.
She's as tall as a Gon!

Well, to what matters.
BnS characters are placed into the BnS folder as .jpg files. Just download these two images (I'll provide .thm as well for good measure) and paste it into your BnS Character Customize folder which should be in "My Pictures". Then when making a character, you can select Hana as a pre-made character.

I hope you like Hana! If you used her fly me a tweet screenshot @beaniedude114.
Please treat her well and leave any comments you might have! Bye!

  1. Loving the game so far, but the main story can be a bit cringy. The main character (aka you) will at times say and do things that make absolutely no sense. I read an 'explanation' of this that did make me laugh out loud pretty hard:

"Blade and Soul is the heart wrenching story of a martial arts student that suffered major brain trauma after his dojo was assaulted and nearly drowned". Now it all makes sense!

    1. Sorry for the very late response. That is the best definition of that game I ever heard so far. Fun to play but I often asked my character, "What are you doing!?"

Spotlight: Character Design - Tetsuya Nomura

After going through the internet in recent weeks and getting stressed over some details of Final Fantasy XV and it's reception, I set out to write a Defense of Nomura post. TWICE. However, I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted to say that hasn't already been said by others, nor how to say it without being the ultimate fanboy. Furthermore, I started to question myself. As an aspiring character designer, why do I even like the art of Tetsuya Nomura? What about it makes it so, "interesting." In truth, I'm just going to wing it while listening to Jpop. Hello. If you've been to this blog before, I take it you've seen my last post was Christmas 2016. Truth is, my computer died and the replacement is also nonoperational until I get a replacement HDD. So, I've busted out my beloved HP Chromebook 14 and instead of watching anime or YouTube videos, I've decided to do something a bit more constructive. Tetsuya Nomura is well known as the creat...

The Edge

image from hongkiat Microsoft Edge is... not perfect. It's good, don't get me wrong. It's nowhere as bad as most people say or would think it is. But given its competition, and everyone's main rival, Chrome, Edge has had quite a battle to fight, even still with the upcoming switch to Chromium. Having debuted in 2015, Edge pretty much started with an uphill battle. It's predecessor, Internet Explorer left a bad taste in most techies' mouths over the years, becoming the butt of memes and jokes about being slow and having its sole purpose being to inevitably download Chrome.  But Edge is NOT IE. And, while I'm at it, I'll defend Internet Explorer just a bit. Let's be fair, a clean, not weighed down by a million toolbars IE actually works well enough to get some work done. Edge, is not an amplification of that sentiment, however. Edge is a new direction; the right direction, more or less. With its host of amazing features and tricks, Microsoft E...
